Quarto bastante barulhento, não há vagas de estacionamento para todos os quartos sendo necessário deixar o chave na recepção e em alguns casos o carro na rua. Outro ponto importante é a água do chuveiro que cai em quantidade satisfatória, mas estava fria pela manhã em dois dias das sete diárias.

O hotel tem quartos e banheiros com bom funcionamento de chuveiro e ar condicionado, e limpeza. Café da manha sem tantas opcoes mas o suficiente,frutas, paes, tapioca/omelete na funcionarias gentis ali. A localizacao é otima. O que infelizmente foi negativo em minhaestada: - cheguei para o check in de madrugada e a porta estava fechada, compreensivel por seguranca.Toquei a campainha 3vezes (e escutei o som) sem resposta, entao achei o telefone,liguei e ai sim fui atendida.Mas sugiro ajuste para evitar que o hospede fique aguardando na rua (no meu caso eu tinha facil acesso ao tel, estrangeiros talvez nao teriam a mesma sorte) - as paredes do quarto sao finas entao acaba ficando muito barulhento.O som do carrinho e conversas altasdas equipes de arrumacao e demais hospedes e da maçaneta eletronica (que tem que bater) realmente causam desconforto. Mas o que mais incomodou foi que tinha um grupo grande no mesmo andar e que fizeram algazarra todos os dias , desde cedo as 6h,ao final da tarde e se extendendo ate meia noite e 2h da manha.Entendo que vai do bom senso do hospede(nesse caso era inexistente, agiam como se estivessem em casa, batendo nas portas, gritando uns aos outros, deixando porta aberta como se estivesse na sala). Porem acionei todos os dias a recepcao para avisar e nada foi resolvido.um hospede inclusive deixava despertador tocando pras 5:30 e 6h todo dia e nao desligava, só parava apos 10min (bebia e dormia e nao ouvia). A recepcao nao soube gerenciar isso

O hotel é bom e o atendimento foi ótimo, porém o quarto que ficamos precisa de várias manutenções urgentes. O teto do banheiro está com infiltração grande e o forro de gesso consequentemente está muito danificado. Apesar de ser um apto acessível, existe somente uma pequena cuba/lavatório sem nenhum apoio pra itens de higiene, mas nada que desabone a estadia como um todo. Ótimo custo benefício, se fizerem algumas intervenções mínimas de manutenção, fica show!

Ficamos hospedados por 2 dias, O hotel possui boa localização e instalações novas. O quarto é amplo, nos acomodamos bem, o único ponto que merece atenção é o chuveiro que estava meio entupido e esguichava agua pra todo lado. O café da manhã, estava muito bom boa variedade, destaque especial para a tapioca estava maravilhosa. Os funcionários são solícitos e gentis.
