O Flat possui recepção 24hs; No térreo, uma cafeteria que abre às 07h30, e fornece café da manhã com várias opções; Há também opções de almoço, o que facilita por demais as necessidades dos viajantes; O Estacionamento sempre está lotado. Então, o jeito é contar com a sorte e pegar vagas de visitantes (apenas umas 4 vaga em frente), tanto do prédio do flat, como dos prédios vizinhos, ou em ruas adjacentes.
