O quarto é novo. O prédio perto da praia. Mas eu fui a trabalho e NÃO TEM INTERNET e o 4 G pega muito mal e não fica claro isso no anúncio. Mas se você vai somente de férias, ok! O prédio é novo e está com muito poeira de móveis, mas é compeensível. No mais, alocalização é ótima, perto da praia, tem uma padaria próxima e restaurantes.
