O flat é excelente. Novo e confortável. Prédio agradável com estacionamento interno. Ideal para famílias por possuir duas suítes, sala, além de uma pequena cozinha. A localização é maravilhosa, com vários restaurantes e padarias nas proximidades. Justamente na frente da portaria, há uma pizzaria deliciosa. Ainda, fica a uma quadra da praia, no melhor ponto de Cabo Branco. O atendimento é ágil, bem como o check-in online, além do atendimento na recepção do condomínio. Certamente voltarei.
