Prós: O flat é novíssimo, com uma limpeza impecável e uma vista para o mar que realmente impressiona. Contras: Climatização: O ar-condicionado está restrito ao quarto. As demais áreas do flat ficam muito quentes, o que gera desconforto durante o dia. Restrições: A área da churrasqueira não pode ser utilizada por hóspedes, limitando as opções de lazer no condomínio. Localização e Praia: Localização isolada de comércio e restaurantes. A praia em frente não é a melhor para banho e falta estrutura de lazer (cadeiras/barracas), sendo necessário sair da região para aproveitar melhor o dia. Resumo: O imóvel em si é bom, mas pelo valor da diária, existem opções com melhor localização e infraestrutura completa.
