I didn’t have a shower working very upsetting and no toilet paper I have been informed to turn on the water heater 30 min before using shower however it didn’t work after that was cold water all along sad

Amazing place :)

My family (7) stayed here for 4 nights last January and I am so glad we did! Amazing views of the Old City from that balcony/living room, very spacious apartment, quiet/safe area, walking distance from Jaffa St & Damascus gate, well stocked bathroom, having 2 bathrooms (3 toilets)! The place is within the compound/next to HaNaviim Boutique Hotel - it's not marked like a hotel. It's a residential building so you have to wait outside for our transportation as they had difficulty finding it. We did encounter a few issues: 1. Electricity went out 15 mins before sundown of Fri (Shabat) so it was a challenge to get help during that time. The emergency contact (Diosy) eventually sent help and he fixed the issue. 2. Hot water runs out and afterwards, it will be cold even if you open the water timer again. We just couldn't figure it out! Overall, I am glad we chose to stay here. Will stay again!!! Place is a gem and the issues just shows that they can work through these (even during their religious holiday). Thank you, Jacob (and Diosy)!!!

Amazing views. Very clean and modern. Wonderful place to stay. Finding the parking off the street was a little difficult in the dark but Jacob sent me a photo via text and was extremely helpful. We feel lucky to have found this place!
