Hardwood floors, modern finishes, fast Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and an easy indoor-outdoor setup make it simple to settle in. The private raised deck with outdoor seating and the covered gazebo below add a rare outdoor extension that makes the apartment feel bigger and more memorable than a typical city stay.

Central Ave is a 5 to 10-minute walk. This is the Heights’ backbone. Over 50 restaurants, bars, cafés, bakeries, pharmacies, salons, and everyday retail. You can run errands, grab coffee, and eat very well without touching a car.
