Overall not a bad stay , “city view” room advertised was on the first eligible floor for rooms and could only see skyline out of the corner of one window. Carpet was very stained , tv out of date .

The air stopped working on multiple occassions... the flight attendants that came in were very rude cutting us in line and the guy working the desk didn't do anything about it... The guy working at night is terrible, he is slow and wasnt able to handle situations...check your cameras we had long lines of zero assistance and was a poor experience the clean team didnt clean the room at all, it was a bad stay and likely never come back here

These are very old rooms. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and the rugs are stained in the room. For the rate you pay I expected newer/cleaner. It’s close to MetLife but you can not walk anywhere. You have to drive or shuttle everywhere.
