Perfect for people working in downtown Manhattan. 2 blocks from the Grove Street path train station and 20 minute door-desk commute to offices near the World Trade Center like Goldman Sachs or RBC. The building has a large gym and pool area on the 8th floor which you would have included in the sublease, plus connected 300mbps internet and utilities.
