Was told that there were 3 parking spots but there was barely 2. Was given the wrong code to the front door but host was upstairs and answered call at 2 AM when we were locked out- did not acknowledge that the wrong code was given to us when he came downstairs. Gave a heads up that we were having a birthday party, was not told about any quiet hours in the listing or in any other email, but then was told we had to be quiet around 1 AM. House was spacious though

Location is Key

Location is the highlight of this listing. Great communication from host. My family of 12 stayed here as we enjoyed a weekend in NY. We were guaranteed 2 parking spots which helped out alot. The listing was your average NJ apartment no frills. But in fairness we didnt need frills. Only con was walls are extremely thin and we did get a 5am wake up call from a screaming child for about 45min. Other then that i would highly recommend this location and stay here again. Suggestions- Give a quide on rules/ clean up expectations/suggestions for food or things to do in the area.
