You can enjoy the magnificent views from the wrap around balconies. Front balcony would allow you to enjoy the most perfect sunrises and kitchen balcony would allow you to enjoy the most romantic sunsets with a view of both: The ocean and the Indian River 🥰
If your company allows you to work remotely or if you dreamed of waterfront living or just want a summer staycation with your family, or perhaps you are just tired of the rat race want an extended period of unwinding and relaxation, this is the place to do it!!!
White kitchen with subway tile, stainless steel appliances, polished concrete countertops with modern industrial look. Well lit with beautiful natural lighting Brand new mattresses and linens. Spotlights throughout the whole unit. New bedding & comfortable mattresses. Washer and dryer IN UNIT. All linens included, very well equipped kitchen. Two adult bikes included. All beach gear included (chairs, umbrella, coolers). This is unlike any other unit in Jensen Beach.

Facilities include 2 elevators, 4 tennis courts, RV/boat parking, plenty of car parking, multiple social rooms with ping-pong table, pool tables, movie screen, piano, barbecue area, heated pool, regular pool, deck with rocking chairs by the ocean, free car wash, storage room with oversized washer and dryer (very clean) and a gym. Gated complex with security cameras monitoring throughout.
Minimum 90 day rental with the usual condo approval & application processing fee. Much more reasonable price if booked directly.
