House on the terp, vacation apartment#2 DG

This former farmhouse, which underwent a complete renovation in 2021, is located on a mound in the historic centre of the tranquil village of Pogum. Less than 1.5 km away lies the old fishing village of Ditzum, with its harbour and restaurants. The Ems dike, just 100 metres away, and the Dollart Route invite you to take walks and bike rides along the "Wadden Sea National Park."

Our holiday home features two separate apartments on the ground floor and top floor, which can also be booked together.

Holiday Apartment #2 (Top Floor)

The top-floor apartment, approximately 70 square metres in size, is accessed via a separate entrance. It is designed for two people and features an open-concept living/dining area with access to the balcony. From here, you’ll enjoy a great view of the Ems dike. The bedroom is furnished with a 180x200m box-spring bed. The adjoining bathroom features a large shower. This apartment also includes a garden terrace with seating, perfect for barbecuing.


Since 2020, the municipality of Jemgum has been collecting a visitor’s tax.
During the high season (April 1–September 30), the tax is €2 per night per person; during the low season, it is €1.50 per night per person.

Ein Hort der Entspannung

Es gibt nichts zu meckern. In der Wohnung ist alles neu und es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Man kann Fahrräder sicher unterstellen, es ist ein großzügiger Parplatz für das Auto vorhanden und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und seiner Verwalterin war reibungslos. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

Ferienwohnung top - Fahrradwege flopp

Die Ferienwohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen, alles top. Wir sind täglich viel Rad gefahren, die Radwege jedoch lassen zu wünschen übrig. Sehr holprig und uneben, das hat keinen Spaß gemacht, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, z.B. Fahrradstrasse (Emden).

Urlaub in Pogum

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne und saubere FEWO, die unsere Erwartungen übertroffen hat. Wir suchten eine Entschleunigung vom Alltag, Ruhe und Erholung sowie Möglichkeiten zum Radfahrern. All das haben wir gefunden und sind daher rundherum zufrieden.
