We are aware it was summer that we should not use air con - however the ventilation system was really bad and our room temperature was around 26 degrees. We asked for a portable fan however the next day we also found that there was a leak during the night which the hotel staff arranged another room for us. The staff service was really good but there is some hardware to fix

Everything here were good except: 1) no air conditioning and require to open windows, meaning hearing street noise while trying to sleep. 2) glass not provided for in toilet but paper cups 3) using toothbrushes and toothpaste require 1,000 4) sound proofing not ideal

방음 시설이 굉장히 아쉽네요. 오전 일찍 일보고 체크 아웃까지 시간이 남아서 조금 더 쉬려고 했지만 옆 객실 청소하는 소리가 꽤 시끄러워서 편하게 휴식을 못했습니다.
