This hotel is a gem! Our room was spacious with a great view. The hotel has so many property amenities, including a spa, gym, pools, restaurants, and shopping areas. I booked a massage and facial at the spa, and the experience was very relaxing. We ordered room service several times and ate dessert at the Pop-up Plaza, and everything we ordered was delicious. Parking in the garage was easy and convenient. It was a wonderful stay!

We loved the rooms but the food was hit and miss. We did not enjoy the (expensive)breakfast buffet or the Japanese restaurant. The hotel is just like a Vegas hotel with lots of shops, which is fun.

Loved the stay, beautiful place, hotel room table was not wiped, I saw water marks from previous cold drinks, not a big deal, I loved the room! loved the view. Although the air conditioning did not get cold.

If I could give 100 stars i would!!!! The best hotel for the price I had stayed in my life. It has it all, the room makes you feel you are presidential. Great shopping and food options. Very safe quiet and comfortable. If a return to Jeju I will not look for any other place than this
