Amazing hotel with amazing staff in a great location. We had an issue with our hire car and the assistant manager came out to find and help us, i cant thank him enough for his help. Our room was large, very comfortable with a fantastic shower. If i go back to Jeju, i will definitely be staying here again.

Overall, we had a good stay at the hotel. It was child friendly hence we could enjoy the complimentary facilities like shared microwave in the floor hallway to prepare baby food. In the room itself, there’s baby toys and the beds are on the floor. So baby won’t fall off the bed. However, we hope the hotel consider to install brighter lights in the toilet and have a night lamp for parents to make milk or change diaper at night. There were many light switches but only one controls in switching on and off all lights. Hope that can be changed to accommodate parents during midnight feeds or changing.

Our family of 4 people had spent 16 nights on Jeju Island. Our last stop was at Grabel Hotel and this was the worst hotel! We had arrived just before 12pm. We knew normal check in time is 3pm. I waited until 1.30pm to ask receptionists if there was a room available as we had 2 elderly people in their 80s in our group. Answer was earlier check in charge was KRW20K. I said previous 3 hotels had all allowed us to check in earlier due to elderly people being weaker needing to have more rest. They said: "We are not other hotels." Indeed, they are NOT as sympathetic as other hotels for sure! At 2pm, I ask them again - What is your check out time please? They said: 11am. I said it is 3 hours by now. You must have at least 1 room available by now for our 2 elderly people to get in to their room earlier to have a rest first please? They then agreed for me to show them 4 passports and fill in their form first. After that, they said they could let us in at 2.30pm. All our previous hotels had a check out time of 12pm but they had all kindly allowed our elderly people to get in to their room at around 1pm. Eventually at 2.33pm, they had given me our room keys. I had never ever seen any hotel receptionists being so rude, cruel, unreasonable and unsympathetic as that man and that woman receptionists being on duty on that day on 26th July 2024!!! This so called 4 star hotel does NOT have a gym! HOW COULD THEY BE 4 STAR WITHOUT A GYM? MOULD SPOTS ON SHOWER CORNERS!!!

Nice for price, but maybe not best ocean option

Stated had ocean view, but very obscured and window wasn't clean so you couldn't see out very well anyway. Room was older and needed some updating. Furniture was clearly a little older. Carpet had multiple small stains, but cream color so easy to see. Beds were good size and comfortable. Room was clean and a good size. Plenty of natural light, but bathroom lighting wasn't very bright. Pool was very nice and heated. It had a nice view and was an infinity pool I believe you had to borrow a towel. There was a small restaurant on the rooftop. There were three heated clear domes you could either rent for 20,000 won for an hour or it was free to use if you ordered food up to 30,000. Food was a bit above average price, no appetizers, a few cocktails and 1 vegetarian option. However, the food was good and had a good presentation. Hotel was a bit away from the downtown area and buses were confusing and slow. Pros: Near ocean, nice rooftop area with enclosed heated domes to rent/use, nice pool area, clean and good size room overall Cons: Older room- older appearing furniture, can see some wear and tear, some small stains on carpet, further away from city and no easy public transportation, had to use different wifi on rooftop (but good connection) 8/10

The photos were deceiving..’pool is quite small and seats around it need to be paid for. Everything needed extra payment.. including towels. There was a lounge in 10th floor for special rooms and that you couldn’t pay extra for!

Disappointing is the word.

It’s not as good as it seems totally. The cleanliness is not up to 4 star standard for sure and some stuffs are pretty old. Plenty of hair around the room even though we had room service everyday. Bed sheet did not get replaced everyday as well. Receptionist are extremely rigid as well as check out later than 11am (most of the hotels are 12pm) will charge additional 20000 won regardless of any circumstances. Request for slight late check out as we have a kid and got rejected immediately. If checking out at 11am so that there is plenty of time for the cleaners to clean up the room. I suppose the cleanliness should be way way better.
