Our room was very clean. The TV channels were excellent. The breakfast menu was ok but they didn't have just regular waffle mix and my wife wasn't impressed with the other 2 choices. We will return to stay there again as we travel to GOTL at least 2 times a year.

I gave it a 5 for many reasons, that being the room served our needs, the shower was lovely (other than those ridiculous hotel liners that get soaked and leak), the bed was comfy, the breakfast was really good with a lot of options. There were eggs sausage waffles fruit yogurt bagels muffins so much more! The workers there are the nicest i have ever encountered especially the breakfast area and housekeeper and desk staff. Went out of their way to help any situation. Pool was small but warm!! The only slight negative was our room smelled slightly musty when we first entered but not a biggie. I never smelled dogs or anything. Great stay.

The room was extremely clean, staff was kind and attentive, the pool are was beautifully maintained, the breakfast was delicious and full of food no matter what time you went down, and the lobby was beautifully decorated for the holidays! It was a perfect stay and I would give it more stars if I was able!

Everything was what I come to expect but the one thing that was bad that put a damper on the whole next day was we had to take cold showers, there was no hot water, the warmest it got was Luke warm but nothing bad about anything else
