Fantastic hotel - fully recommended

Amazing hotel, very clean and stylish bedrooms. Beautiful marble bathrooms. My family loved staying ant this hotel and we would love to stay here again. Close to high end shopping malls.

Take it or you will lose

The hotel is nice. Location is perfect. Room size is good. Food is delicious. But they have to work on criticism from guests. I stayed last year in this hotel and again this time, i have the same complaint, No bell boy at the entrance to take your luggages and the reception is in M level so you can’t leave your bags with no attendance. That problem never solved, it is annoying. This is a 5- star hotel with no bell boy or even a conceirge except one running here and there!!!.
