From the front desk to the dining and housekeeping staff, everyone was extremely attentive and helpful. The pillows and mattress were exceptionally firm and comfortable. The reception assisted in facilitating our transfer outside of Jeddah. I am sincerely grateful for the service and genuine hospitality in having stayed at this establishment
