Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 6 km, sandy beach "Arenal" 8 km. Golf course (9 hole) 3 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: 1st floor is closed and not occupied. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
