Completely renovated in May 2023, and located on a pretty 1000m square plot of land, the house consists of:
- 4 double rooms with a total capacity of 8 people (2 double beds 180 and 160 and 2 x 2 beds 90)
- 3 shower rooms (complete with shower, sink and toilet)
- A large, fully equipped kitchen (latest generation appliances)
- a living room with latest generation TV and high-fidelity speaker
- A fireplace/insert for outbreaks in winter
The outdoor spaces are organized around:
- a flower garden composed of Mediterranean species, pines and palm trees
- Outdoor swimming pool 8x4m (heated in the inter-season)
- outdoor shower
- huge terrace of more than 150m square equipped with deck chairs and parasols
