Lovely duplex apartment for 4-5 persons in Javea, near the Arenal sandy beach and at only 350 meters from the beautiful rocky beach La Caleta. This apartment is completely new refurbished and offers all facilities including air conditioning (cold/warm) and Wi-Fi. It consists of two floors and it located on the second floor of a building with elevator in a nice, well maintained residential complex. The spacious terrace on the main floor invites you to outside dining or to enjoy the views with the mountains in the distance. From the terrace you also have views on the communal pool with children's area. The Arenal sandy beach with boulevard, restaurants, bars and shops can be reached within a few minutes by car, by foot it is about 15 minutes walk. Also there are several supermarkets to choose from nearby. Main floor

Clean, clean, clean!!

I never leave reviews but I have to for this. I have never stayed anywhere with a more comfortable mattress & pillow than my own, this makes such a huge difference to the quality of your stay, we slept so well & didn’t wake up with bad backs! The cleanliness was superb this is the most important thing to me. We are most grateful for the check in/check out process, there was no one staying before or after us so we we could check In & out at our chosen times which just made the whole holiday for us, no waiting around getting hot & sweaty already tired from travelling. We could just get on with our holiday & make the most of it & not loose time, we had a really late flight the day we left & it just made all the difference leaving for the airport when we were ready, we really appreciated that! The communication was so clear through WhatsApp & a gentleman was there ready to let us in when I called him when we were half an hour away. The whole process couldn’t have run any smoother. Thank you!
