The room is spacious enough for two of us, everything was great until we found out that the hand shower didnโ€™t work, only the rain shower. Informed to the staff and they will look into it. I had a very comfortable stay with wonderful service from all the staff, especially Dwiki (the dining staff head) who was very friendly, helpful and professional. He made sure that I tasted all the wonderful Indonesian specialty dishes. His love and care for culturally rich and diverse Indonesian cuisines had made my stay a wonderful experience. Overall situation & service were rather good but the room condition was unacceptable. The air-conditioner had no control on temperature. Once it was turned on, the room would be freezing.
