This home was absolutely amazing. The home met all of our needs & was great for gathering all together while having our own space also. The kitchen was beyond stocked & the appliances were a joy to use. The views were gorgeous from every window & deck area. The beautiful house was more like a home than orher properties we have stayed in. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the Christmas holiday. Beverly was very accommodating and let us access the house early on the first day of our stay. The only drawback was some tree maintenance performed during one day of our stay. That was loud and distracting. Overall, it was wonderful.

Great view from each level or the house. Three levels. We had 10 adults and plenty of room for you to visit or spend time to yourself. Great location inside Big Canoe. Close to the marina where you can rent boats. Good contact with the owner. Would stay again if the need arises.

We rented the Boyd Villa for a wedding in Ball Ground, Georgia. 14 adults and a 2 y/o, and it was very comfortable. Property manager (owner) checked on us numerous times via text or phone. The view was great. We had our coffee on the decks every morning. I would rate the biggest attribute of this house would be the AMOUNT OF BATHROOMS! There was never anyone waiting to use one with our large group. And with all reviews, one must put a downside; parking vehicles took planning. Additional parking was available, but it was not “walkable” close. Still rating 10/10!

Large beautiful home and comfortable beds! Property owner was very friendly. Just remember you’re in the mountains so there’s wildlife and bugs everywhere. The view of a deer strolling down the driveway while we were making dinner and a black bear through the trees as we were driving to the pool was an exciting surprise!

Always a great time at the Boyd Villa!

This was our family’s third stay in the Boyd Villa on Lake Petit in Big Canoe. Everyone is friendly and there are such great amenities. We also enjoy our family meals made in the kitchen. North Georgia Family Christmas Getaway

This is our 4th year at this property & we couldn't e more pleased. The house is gorgeous & there are plenty of bedrooms & bathrooms for everyone to have their own private space, then we all come together in the kitchen(s) and main living area for lots of dining & games. You can't beat the view of the lake (and those bald eagles are so majestic) and my bonus son fished (license required) at disharmony lake which is minutes away and happened to catch 4-5 trout. The owners are very attentive & called to check in on us shortly after our arrival.
