The Space:

Set in the Surf Coast’s best seaside hamlet, you will be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Torquay, yet close enough to explore it all from your doorstep. Listen to the birds amongst the trees from your entertainer’s sized balcony, where you will experience a tangible connection to nature.
Timber floors accentuate the natural beauty of this location, boasting a living and dining zone that opens to the picturesque vista from the upper deck. The generous kitchen brings everyone together, with a brekky bar and large dining table. Quality appliances are featured, including electric oven, gas cooktop, dishwasher and coffee pod machine (some coffee pods provided on arrival). Fully-equipped crockery, cutlery and cookware, plus BBQ facilities, are covered.
In this seaside community, it's an easy bike ride or stroll to the Jan Juc shops, main beach, parks and clifftop track, where you can walk and access reef breaks all along the coast to Bells Beach. Fancy a round of golf? The RACV Torquay course is second to none, and green walking trails lead to nature reserves, children’s playgrounds and the skate park.
Ideal for families, the clever entertaining and sleeping zones make this a relaxed holiday escape that’s close to all the action. The main living area offers comfortable lounges and an instant gas log fire. Split system heating-cooling adds to the comfort, and excellent cross-flow ventilation invites the sea breeze through the house.
A second living room has a TV (free to air) and opens onto an east-facing deck. A designated home office is available for those that need to work from home. A huge rumpus room downstairs, is perfect for the kids to chill out. Down here they can chill out, sing and dance, play board games (selection of games provided) and sliding doors connect to the outdoor space. Access to the rumpus room (with its own bathroom) is via an external side door downstairs.
Set up to accommodate 10 guests in 4 bedrooms, the privately-positioned master bedroom has a King-size bed, walk-in robe, reverse cycle heating-cooling and ensuite with a shower, vanity and toilet. There are 3 additional bedrooms with wall panel heaters and wardrobes: 1 Double, Single Bunks and Twin Single Bunks. This area is serviced by a central bathroom with a bath and separate toilet.
All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with hotel quality sheets and bath towels. We have done all we can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. Families please note you will need to BYO high chair and porta cot/cot linen if you need them. Laundry has a washing machine, no clothes dryer.

Or, if sitting back and relaxing is more your thing, then chose from many of the beautiful surrounding beaches, parklands, cafes, bars, restaurants, day spa’s, shops or boutiques to spend your time.
