The property is equipped with a full kitchen, large living room and full bath on the upper level. The lower level consists of a spacious bedroom with two comfortable beds and a private full bathroom. A large High-Definition TV is located on each level with Dish Cable access available for viewing pleasure. Two private balconies, one in the living room and one in the lower-level bedroom, provide wooded scenic views for gathering and relaxing.

Access to Lake Cumberland is minutes away. Nearby Lake Cumberland State Dock, Jamestown Marina, Rowena Marina, Grider Hill, and Indian Hills Resort.
