There was a really strong smoke smell in our room. As a Hilton member I'm used to getting free water at checkin. This property said you only got something if you were a silver member or above.

Generally a fine stay, staff friendly and helpful room clean and stocked. Big complaints with the “hvac” which was ineffective and rattled like a Sherman tank. The most disappointing thing was the TV reception. We are Vikings fans and Emmy watchers and both channels were at best pixelated and often went down completely.

Really enjoyed my stay here and the proximity to JFK airport is definitely convenient. The only complaint I had is that the walls are a little thin and so I was able to hear the ice machine periodically but other than that I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean and convenient with an on-site restaurant. Perfect for a stop overnight between flights. I wish we had been told that the shuttle picks up every 20 minutes at JFK, because we made extra effort to figure this out. It all worked out though!
