Service let’s down what could be really good hotel

It’s a really good hotel in a good location for shopping. There are lots of little bits that stop me giving a top score, check in took 25 minutes even though done on line, breakfast only one barely working coffee machine for a lot of people and long wait for items to be replenished at the buffet. Room keys all stopped working before check out.

Had a great stay here while attending a concert! The location is excellent, especially being close to JIS. We got a room overlooking the pool, which was a nice bonus. Even though we arrived at 12, our room was already ready with no queue, which was a great start to our stay. We also requested a welcome drink, and they kindly provided us with two drink vouchers that we could redeem at the restaurant near the pool. The gym was spacious and well-equipped, making it convenient for a quick workout. The room was trendy, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. I also loved the refreshing scent of their amenities! Overall, it was a great experience and worth the price. I would love to stay here again!

Front desk staff is friendly, but the check-in process terrible slow, was about 20 minutes. The room was too far, and not clean. There were a lot of dust on the table.

I recently returned from an extended business trip to Malaysia and Jakarta. The hotel I stayed at in Jakarta is ideal for anyone attending the Jakarta International Expo, as it's just a 12-minute taxi ride away, with fares costing around $4 per trip. While the area around the hotel is a bit rundown, with heavy traffic and cleanliness issues, the hotel itself is well-maintained and offers excellent amenities. The convenience of having on-site restaurants and a large swimming pool made the stay very comfortable. One standout moment was on my last day when I needed to get to the airport. I didn’t have any cash and was unable to use the local taxi app, but the receptionist, Syif A., along with her manager Reza, went above and beyond to help me. They managed to find a taxi that accepted card payments, which is uncommon, and ensured my journey to the airport was smooth and stress-free. I greatly appreciated their assistance.

When i book king size bed . They gave the room king size but toilet door unable to close or difficult. I call the operator then technician imminently when i saw he is also struggling. But he is told me he will repair . But problem in the sliding roller as a engineer i know how long its takes and noice and so on… I already mentioned late check in i reached almost 8 pm dam tired. I wend down to counter again to change the room with valid reasons but staff unhappy even she downgraded to smaller room and Quine size bed . Open wardrobe and they gave 2 set if access card room very hot so i kept one inside and went out and try to access the card unable to open the door . Then went down to counter service and told the situation also not happy and she did testing and gave back to me after dinner i went to my room and try to access the door unable again i went down to counter again to reset again. This round i stayed really nightmare. This is not first time i am stayed in this hotel or book through expida app. So definitely need to inform hotel higher management. To improve their standard. Thank you very much for asking our feed back

Staffs are not helpful and lazy. They never follow up on your request Condition of the hotel is very poor and not clean Towel are old and very dirty
