Fantastic service by professional staff that anticipate your every need. This is one of the best hotel experiences that I have had and there have been many. The breakfast buffet demonstrated world cuisine, and the French restaurant was excellent.

Average

Awful sound proofing in room windows with traffic and other noise very loud. Aircon performance average condition in the room and half of the club lounge not aircon at all due to maintenance. Food and beverage so so. Property is showing its age.
