Impeccable!

This hotel is certainly one of the best hotels or the best one I have ever stayed in during my entire overseas trips of the last 40 some years. The facilities and the service of the staff were almost IMPECCABLE. Their consideration for the purpose of my stay afforded me an incredibly spacious room. Heartfelt service of high courtesy was extended to me all the time, especially by Gillen and Ika at my check-in and check-out occasions respectively. Indeed, I became a great fan of MO literally.

Very good hotel in comparison to its competitors around central and south Jakarta. Of note was the support and attentiveness of one particular member of staff from guest services, Salvina, if I recall her name correctly, went above and beyond to ensure I felt well looked after a misunderstanding that occurred early in my stay. She was highly professional but also appeared to genuinely care about ensuring my stay was a happy one. She’s a credit to the hotel and is the reason I’ll rate my stay as a 5 here instead of 4.

Looooveeee the warm welcome from the front liner inc. the security team. Thank you for the upgrade, we enjoyed the most. Not forgotten the chocolate n cake lapis trully Indonesian treat👍. My compliments to: 1.Kelly who assisted with my chek in. Professional and attentive. 2. Wonderful stay, great facilities and service

Beautiful hotel, with amazing service. Gym and pool facilities were lovely and the breakfast bar had a number of choices and really attentive staff. The room was made up really well each day. Faultless stay really!
