The staff are very professional and always provide a very good service. The breakfast is very nice with lots of options. The hotel is very well located and it's very handy being able to walk directly into the mall.

Conveniently located right in the famous South Jakarta city central and inside one of the biggest malls there (Pondok Indah Mall). It was so easy to do some shopping (or window shopping) and find great food selections. Not to mention, the hotel staff were excellent. They were so friendly and helpful, and they even prepared to go breakfast for us before we took off to the airport for Bali. It’s just the epitome of excellent hospitality and customer service. Thank you to the entire Intercontinental Pondok Indah hotel staff for giving us such memorable and wonderful stay.

The best thing about this hotel is the attentiveness of the staff at every interaction. The spa and gym facilities are pretty awesome too. Not to mention the room cleanliness everyday, and the vast range of food from all continents for breakfast.
