The bathroom should add a curtain for the room

Very happy about the stay! Luxury, helpful staff! The bathroom in the room should add a curtain! Once you go to the bathroom at night, it will light up the whole room! Not good for that!

The hotel needs to review their housekeeping team. The shower need a good scrub and the towels and mats need to either bleach them or replace. The standard of cleanliness is below average.

Very nice but very poor wifi. Staff was always helpful and the breakfasts were top of the line You have to work on a better wifi connection that remains connected in the rooms.

Helpful staff. All requests (borrowing iron, room upgrade, close to the lifts, safety box problems and taxi) were attended to immediately. The breakfast food was great. The restaurant staff were helpful and friendly.

near to food centre and taman mini. quite expensive rate. during night, taxi driver cant see the access for the hotel. turns out he dropped us at the car park!
