The towels have an odour. The breakfast is subpar with basic food, not worth the value we paid for. Even the local Indonesian food tasted ordinary. The telephone in the room has no indicator or signs for room service. I had to go to the lobby to request a bell boy from the receptionist. Overall, the experience in this hotel was a let down.

Lobby 9/10. Bright, modern feel. Breakfast 7/10. Pretty standard hotel breakfast. Room (5/10). The carpet in my room was dirty with stains all over. Convenience (9/10). A perfect stay in Jakarta Central. Special thanks to Della Fitri and his team to fulfill my requests. They did a great job. Hotel is near to Gajah Mada plaza, National Museum and National Monument. Starbucks is in next building and there are a few eateries in the lobby itself.
