A hotel that actually fits its five star rating. Excellent quality accommodation, rooms and common areas. Can select from a wide range of breakfast buffet options. Most noticeable was the excellent customer service, prompt responses to requests and amazingly friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely look to stay again.

One of the best hotels that I’ve stayed in Jakarta. Clean and spacious room with exceptionally polite and efficient staff. Special mention to the lobby lounge which has a proper smoking room which you don’t see much these days!….highly recommended, will definitely be back again!

Hotel in need of refurbishment

The cleanlines of the carpet is lacking especially at the corners. Some part of the corridor's aircon is not working . Was bitten by mosquitoes on 2nd night stay , the cleaners might have left the door open when making the room thus enables the mosquitoes to fly in. The standard of the sunday brunch in the Cafe Gran Via has gone down over the past years.if not for the grilled beef, the rest of the standard is not up to par.
