Cancellation of a flight

Booked 2 rooms on a short notice due to a cancellation of our flight. I can only say that the service, staff and everything was really friendly and professional. I do recommend staying at the hotel. I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world and this one is in the top 3.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. However, I encountered some issues with the building's structure that affected my stay. The soundproofing was quite poor. Every time guests or cleaning service in the room above or next door used the shower, the water drainage noise was very loud and disruptive. Additionally, I could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms. I prefer a quiet environment for a comfortable stay, and unfortunately, this was lacking despite the otherwise outstanding service. Improving the sound insulation would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The breakfast buffet is superb with a wide range of cuisines. I especially like the juice bar as it offers nutritional and freshly made juice, such as ginger and mixed veggies ones. The staff here is very polite and friendly. They always welcome us with a warm smile. Those who work near the pool are also nice. Swimming here is amazing, as you will feel like you are in a forest. For city dwellers like me, I’d suggest staying in this hotel as it’s not as cosmopolitan and busy. The trees give me a sense of comfort and calm my mood. If there were more restaurants nearby, that would be perfect. I’d have to order room service for two nights.

Wonderful

We booked two rooms in early Feb 2025 and the stay was wonderful. The staff were very helpful, especially Ms Melati who has been very patience with all our queries and requests. The buffet spread and the coffee at the hotel cafe were fabulous. The location was conveniently located near a mall with cinema and Starbucks. We missed using the nice swimming pool at the hotel.

Great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. the facilities are great including fitness center and pool. The place is quiet (little street noise) and well located to easily get by taxi to where I needed to go for meetings.

Excellent hotel with attentive staff. Food options well priced and two walkable local options (see trip advisor) at Metropole next door. Pool and gym good. Suggest buy the breakfast as excellent value and great food options.
