Stayed here for a week, and I had a very nice stay. The room is clean, modern and comfortable. The hotel facilities are nice, and the restaurant food was pretty good. We tried room service and the breakfast. Breakfast was nice, but could have a little more variety. I liked the balcony in the room. The location is very central, and walking distance to the MRT and to Lotte mall - although the road is pretty narrow and floods quickly in heavy rain. There is a free washing facility which was very useful. My only issue is that the driers were not great, and damaged some of our clothes while also being slow to dry. Overall though, a great place to stay.
