I liked the cleanliness of the room. The hotel manager is very customer friendly and considerate which made my stay at the hotel most pleasant. The hotel staff are always attentive to customer needs. The AC was leaking. I told reception and they never repaired it. My room had a terrible smell and there was no AC in common areas. The hotel is old and in bad conditions.
