Nice place to stay. The bed is comfortable. Pool is small like 10-15m. Super nice Gym well equipped. Room was dirty with sandy floor, a lot of hair and dust behind the night stand and bed. Water will pool as you shower and drain away super slowly. The cup had white stuff inside.

Poorly maintained!

The hotel was old and not well-maintained. The room was dinged and dirt, the bathroom was unclean, for example, the shower curtain had visible, black stain marks. Not what I would expect from a 4-star hotel

The hotel is a pleasant oasis in the chaos of Jakarta! Its convenient for Blok M and facilities and there are plenty of restaurants and shops withing close walking distance. The road junction just beside the hotel can be chaotic. The hotel is very clean and quiet with all staff being friendly and helpful. The check in and check out was particularly quick and efficient.
