Near the transport hub, very good location. Nice roof top bar. Staff is good and attentive. Only thing is the staff take a bit of time to pick up call on special service. Suggest also put hand towel in the room.

Location was good enough. Walking distance to Grand Indonesia and Plaza Indonesia. Both are major shopping malls. The breakfast was good. The room has a damp smell maybe because of the high humidity in the area. They only give out bath towels. The hotel said they do not have hand towels. So that was unusual. The bath towels when it gets wet, has a smell. Like dirty laundry. So make sure you get fresh ones every day. The staff are friendly. Overall it's a good stay. The rate is very reasonable for the area. They let you do a late checkout for free until 1pm.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at this property. The rooftop bar and restaurant were closed for 3 days because of a private event, no access was allowed. Breakfast moved to the lobby temporarily during this event. Hallways and my room (superior room) need maintenance, the walls have stains, humidity spots and holes, also, drainage was bad, I had to turn off the water all the time during showering and still the water would run over. I asked for it to be fixed, they confirmed it was fixed but it was exactly the same. Hallways were also dirty, and my bed linen had spots. My room was not cleaned during my stay, neither did I get toilet paper which was finished (I had to ask for it twice). On departure day we asked for towels to use at the gym shower, mine came but my friends' did not, we have asked twice. Staff was friendly but service was limited.

Terrible Stay

Room is very small. Toilet is extremely small and located between very tight walls. If you are not extremely careful you will hit the wall front of you with your head when you finish your business and ready to stand. If you are not petite shower is uncomfortable and small too. Room has no refrigerator and this was my first experience last ten years of traveling and staying hotels. My medications spoiled because of that. When I was checking in the lady at the front desk was unhelpful and mean. The only thing good in this hotel is the rooftop hotel and the location. I will not recommend period! Cleaning was very poor too. You can gear next door neighbor easily, and when bathroom above you is flushing, it makes unpleasant noice.

The place is located quite strategic, near a major transportation hub and the main business district. Room wise quite big, definitely larger than a typical contemporary hotel room. Toilet and Shower are separate so quite convenient if staying more than a person. The only thing I thought can be improved is a fridge.

An excellent option, in a great location within 2/3 mins walk of BNI City train station (on the main line from the airport) - and next to a metro station too. The staff were welcoming, the room and bathroom very good too. I would very happily stay here again.
