The staff was welcoming, while the view of the giant mosque and canal was magnificent at night from the executive room which costed very little. The location was close to coffee shops, cafes, shopping, massage, Little India, and the National Monument. The AC worked very well. However, the hotel is quite old, I needed to spray for bugs daily, and toilet paper wasn't provided. The receptionist told me that the hotel is under "new management." This is the only time I can remember complaining about a hotel. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless the location and price fits your needs.
