Ok but would choose alternative next time

There were no quilt covers on the duvets. Blankets on the beds. Not keen on hygiene of blankets so had to sleep in my clothes. Breakfast fairly poor and dirty table cloths. Staff friendly however.

Not a great stay in Hotel Haisal Palace.

I stayed with my family for 1 night in this hotel Jaisal Palace on 23rd Dec 2014. Though the rooms floorings were clean, the beddings, towels, bedsheets, are found dirty. Airconditioner were not working and room heaters were not provided, while the outside temparature was less thatn 5 degree C. There were very limited choices for breakfast and the dining area found to be very dirty. The staff were couteous though. Overall experience is not a memorable one and I donot recommend this for a family. Raghavendra Udupa

Fantastic view

Great location. 5 minute walk to the fort. Rooms were on the small side. Very clean room and bathroom was exceptionally clean for Indian standards. Day staff could speak excellent English. Roof Top restaurant gave a scenic view of Jaislmer and the fort. The restaurant closes at 6 p.m. The only complaint which the hotel cannot control is the noise at night with barking dogs. One of the best places to stay for budget accommodations.

Hotel Jaisal Palace -

I would not recommend this Hotel to any visitor traveling to Jaisalmer. This hotel is a mess starting with reserving the hotel to check out, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK this hotel and spoil your vacation People are very unprofessional and Food is pathetic. Hotel surrounding stinks with cow dung. There are many other hotels which are better when it comes to customer service & most importantly Cost.
