Decent but definitely not worth the money
Arrived here and they put me in a standard delux room when I'd booked for an executive room. I'd had a shower and put my things down when they called me and asked if I'd like to move to an executive room. The executive room was bigger and better for me and my girlfriend, however the room was right in line with the metro rail line ... hardly a view of the city.
The location of the hotel is quite far away from metropolitan areas so if you're ready to uber it everywhere go for it.
The shower drain kept getting clogged, our toilet seemed to have a leak in the back, there was barely any hot water.
Getting wifi is near impossible, involves having to go down to reception and getting the wifi password manually every 24 hours. The food at the restaurant was okay, the bar did not serve any cocktails and it seemed to take about 20minutes to put the bill together. The staff could use a refresher course in English, in a big tourist city like Jaipur the standard of English was quite sub par. our auto drivers had better grasps of English.
If it were an average hotel I would say that it was a decent stay (nothing too wrong/nothing special) but considering that they advertise themselves as a 4 star hotel, they really need to up their game.
