Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
It is a terrible hotel to stay with the family. We are from UK and the hotel room was dirty. We have to get out from the hotel as my little son have seen the rats in the room and have to move out with in 10 minutes and find another hotel. Reported with the receptions and they are very rude and refused to refund the money.
