Everything as pictured. The lock gave a momentary issue but was immediately resolved. Johanna is Welcoming and communicative. I'm 45 years old and highly recommended this location for adults and families as it's quiet, safe and secure. Security's always alert. The property clean and very comfortable. Those pillows were the best I've ever had on a visit. Hopefully Johanna will get back to me with the name of the brand because they're phenomenal ...overall all I can say is that you'll have a lovely experience in a safe clean environment with a lot of Americans around so there's plenty of expats for those who like those environments. They always ask where we're going and gave us alerts of some areas weren't safe and as well as made suggestions on good places to go. Some toiletries are provided and there were plenty of towels, pillows and sheets. I look forward to being back again... Johanna I give a 10!
