The complex is very safe and offers 24 hour gated security. Great place for families and guests to relax and enjoy all the comforts of home. Viva Jaco sits directly across from the beach and walking distance to downtown Jaco's many restaurants, bars, shops, and casinos.

The condo is fully air conditioned with a combo washer/ dryer, full fridge, flattop stove, toaster over/ air fryer and all necessary kitchen utensils. 55 inch smart flat screened Tv in the living room as well as a 42 inch tv in the master bedroom. Located on the 8th floor with a private balcony overlooking the pools with the mountains in the backdrop.

Corner unit with floor to ceiling windows offering sunset beach views from the master bedroom as well. Viva Jaco features resort style amenities including a lap pool, lounge pool, and a kiddie pool.

Also includes access to a fitness center, athletic sport courts, foosball table, pool table, 2 areas designated for bbqing, a playground for the kids and a big sundeck great for lounging poolside.
