It was disappointing. Check in was slow due to the computer. I WS told we would have a walk in shower. We did not. The remote for the TV did not work. I was given 2 triple A batteries. It took double A batteries. I gave everything to the front desk clerk. She gave me another remote which also didn’t work. She came to the room to check it out and wasn’t able to get it to work. She showed us how to use the buttons on the tv for power, channel change, and volume change. She said she would be back with another remote. She never returned. After I requested another room, she said it wasn’t possible.

Good night rest!

The hotel was very good overall. Check in was seamless, and the staff was very nice and professional. Our room was very clean, and stocked with towels and bathroom necessities. The only complaint was about the design of the bathroom. The door opened up inward, and was very close to the toilet. And, the breakfast was ok. The only complaint with that was lack of dietary restricted choices. No milk subs, and no meat! The bed was comfortable, tho!

The place was what was expected for a lower cost hotel room. I was satisfied with overall experience but the vending machine was frustrating. You must download the app to use and must prepay the app to purchase. Minimum I was able to prepay was $25 (and I only wanted one bag of sweets for $3.50) Otherwise there was a good experiance
