Very disappointed

I was told that breakfast was at 6am. They didn't say that there was a charge for it till 6am. It was very embarrassing having the employee treat me like I'm stealing in front of other guests. I will NEVER stay there again. I stayed there a couple of weeks ago and there was no charge

We needed a room for one night after some last minute changes, and the price is what drew us in. The decor is on the older side, but charmingly so, and the staff was very kind! They showed us the closest parking spaces to our room, and even walked us to it from the lobby so we wouldn't have to carry our bags all the way around the building. The rooms were clean and smelled nice, and breakfast is only $5. I'm happy to stay here again if I ever find myself in Jacksonville.

Stayed a few times. Rate good for quality. They are definitely doing renovations so it's hit or miss whether or not getting extra sleep during the day is possible, but they end it pretty early, so it doesn't disrupt sleep at night. Overall pleased with my stays.

We loved this place. Spacious room, room was clean and A/C worked great. Wifi was not great. The front desk apologized but did inform me that they were in the process upgrading the internet service. Would absolutely stay here again!!

It is a beautiful property. The lasn with st Augustine grass heavy with the cushion to walk on. However the seperate to me decievable advertsed cost for third party members. No breakfast, when one of the decifing factors to stay or not to stay at the hotel is the hot breakfast. Weak coffee, no waffle, and $8.00 additional cost of breakfast. Be upfront with the charge at the advertisement / door.. The matteress on the bed was like sleeping on a king size box spring. The shower water flow was on even and weak. This alone deserves only a 2 star rating. As a business traveler I will never utilize this hotel again
