Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Guests shall vacate premises before designated check-out. If guests leave Premises more than ten (10) minutes after posted check-out time, a $75 fee will be charged. I
If possession of Premises is held for more than 30 minutes beyond designated check-out, an additional day's stay will be charged at base nightly rate without discounts.
All Guests must be approved before check-in. To have Guests approved, simply ensure that the number of claimed Guests on your reservation is accurate. A $250 fee per unlogged Guest shall be charged.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
