This can not be a Wyndham hotel. So old, so run down. Breakfast was the same every day and just reheated the previous days food. Bananas and oranges were so old. No breakfast staff. Front desk had to do both jobs. Poor girl. We had to ask every day for more coffee. I would not recommend this place. I tried to get a refund and go to another hotel. Hotels.com would not respond. Plus no ice for our whole stay. All we got from staff was sorry

No hot water, one of the beds didn’t have sheets on it. Instead of charging the credit card I had on file, they charged my debit card for the stay and not one, but two $100 security deposits. It over drew my account and security deposits weren’t removed until 7 days post stay. Absolute crap, this coming from an attorney, nurse mother of four.

No one at counter for check in. I waited 10 minutes for someone to show up. The room was not inviting, very old, need updating and painting,etc. breakfast was TERRIBLE. Went to make Gritz, no hot water. In fact, there was no water available at all for drinking nor to fill your own water bottle. Coffee was not hot and ran out. . Paula was very sweet and accommodating. She made fresh coffee as soon as we told her. Very nice person. She was very personable and helpful. No ice in the building to be found. Will NEVER stay in a Microtel again and will tell friends and family of our experience. I would like a refund.

Key cards didn’t work even after several times so had to have front desk staff let us in every time we left room. Only one ice machine and it wasn’t working and no plans to get it fixed. Chunks of plaster out of walls and door jam stapled down between bathroom and ballway
