The beds are old. We had to sleep euther cross ways at the top of the bed or at the bottom because there are huge dips at the top. Oh and there were roaches. I was wondering why i was itching( I am allergic to roaches) so we looked and found roaches behind the microwave and roaches in the dressers. We took pictures.

We stay here often when we’re flying in/out of Jacksonville. We had a few issues with the room (several lights didn’t work). I told the receptionist, and he thanked me for informing him. Most of the time, I would go away disappointed, but if I can depend on them to be there all the time, the least I can do is let them know when things are substandard.

The property was just ok. Its like they don't care what it looks like. Carpet in hallways all stained, paint was chipped off all over, the laminated sheet of paper that had the channels should be replaced regularly. The area around the keypad on yhe phone was disgusting. The only ice machine was on the 1st floor, and OUTSIDE!

Beware: Room had odor & roaches

I would not recommend. The hotel appears to have possible prior water damage. There were a few cockroaches seen during our stay. The room also had a bad odor. Last time I stayed it was some years ago and it’s clearly not the same anymore. Disappointing.

Definitely going downhill

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past three or four years and it definitely has been going downhill. I’m not saying that it’s a BAD place to stay BUT everything seems to be…shrinking, the tvs are now the size of my computer monitor, the towels have also followed suit as they are getting smaller. Breakfast now includes foam eggs and foam sausage. We are just disappointed because we used to enjoy the hotel. On a positive note all the staff are very friendly and polite.
