Great hotel but A/C was broken

The hotel and it's staff was great the only downside was the broken ac and it didnt get cooler than 72 degrees in our room. We did not mention u til until the next morning since my husband was sick and did not want to move rooms or have someone in our room to fix it. The location of the hotel is fantastic and we would visit again for sure!

I enjoyed my stay at this property and did not experience any difficulties with the check in or check out process. All amenities were great, my only report would be to make sure all the lights are operational in the room, as one of the lights beside the bed wasn’t working or probably needed the bulb replaced. Additionally, I would recommend looking into getting a chair for the table that is just a little more supportive for the low back, as I felt the chair kinda would instantly give backwards if you sat against. Otherwise, great stay overall.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was exceptionally friendly, right down to the janitor. It was clean & affordable. A note for the staff - we struggled to get enough hot water, and the WiFi wasn’t working in our room. We didn’t ask for help so I didn’t expect it to be fixed, just FYI. :) I would definitely stay again for how nice everyone was and how clean the entire property is. Thank you!

Everything about my stay here was excellent, however the only thing I was really let down about was the shower. It was a very clean shower and the water was hot but the water pressure was almost nonexistent. It may have been due to being on 4th floor but was let down by that. With that said literally nothing else was a negative experience. The staff were very professional and friendly and made me feel welcomed. If I’m in the area I’ll be staying here again.
