Nice reception area and front desk staff. Good breakfast. Pool was cold unfortunately. The room was worn and musty smelling, we could feel the dampness in the room. Drywall around the shower was damaged by moisture, the floor was swept, but very dirty when wiping it. Spills near elevators weren’t cleaned up for at least 24 hours.

Overall the hotel is decent and the staff is very pleasant. The pool is small so go early before it gets crowded. If you're a breakfast person the options are satisfactory. The Mexican restaurant and Cheddars were really good for food/drinks and service. If I cisit again, i wouldn't mind staying again.

Upon initial entry to the room, it appeared to be clean. However, the shower area was not adequately cleaned. There was visible dirt and grime in the seams. The table was slightly sticky and required cleaning. The daily provision of clean towels was not provided. I contacted the front desk and was advised to retrieve them myself. I found the indoor pool to be enjoyable and the room service offerings satisfactory. Overall, my stay was good

I was in town to attend a funeral and although time of grief it was nice having a place to rest that was clean, family friendly and close to great dining options. Our room was very modern and hotel provided shampoo/conditioner & bodywash. My daughter forgot to bring her toothbrush and was able to go to front desk for one that was great. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The one and only thing was the floors are so light so that they appeared dirty but no other issues. It was a great stay and the breakfast had many options to choose from. Thank you for a wonderful stay to all the staff!

Exceptionally clean facility!

My stay was great. The only amenity that I could not utilize at the facility was the indoor heated pool. It was not working and we were offered to another hotel nearby. I would love to have that working on my next trip. The hotel was super clean throughout and in the room. I wouldn't change anything else about the facility.
