Everything at this hotel was absolutely perfect. From the decor to cleanliness to comfort. Super clean and everything in the room was perfect. The breakfast options were great. All staff was super nice and attentive to all our needs. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was very clean and spacious. Bathroom was clean. Tv had lots of good channels. Front staff was super friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was yummy. I would stay again. Good price as well

I had a long drive to the area and attended a conference in the morning before going to check in at the hotel in the mid-afternoon for a 2-night stay. I attempted to check in at 13:45hrs and was informed that I would have to pay a $40 fee to get in a room early. I was already paying over $320 for 2 days booked. Normally, check-in time at hotels is 3 pm, and to be refused and informed that I would have to pay extra was not what I expected and not a good customer service practice. I would have understood if I had attempted to check in at 11 AM, but 1 hour before?

So there was construction going on in the room right next door to us. It was difficult to sleep or take a nap. I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. The noise was so loud even on a Sunday. Not happy at all.

Second time staying here and it definitely will not be our last. Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast (which the staff is always tending to, so it never runs out), nice shower with great water pressure and plenty of parking. I have only one complaint and that is... horrible bed pillows. We just bring our own. Great place to stay!
